What are the top ten hacker organizations in the world?

Here are the top ten hacker organizations to see how they “change the world.”

In the past few years, cyber attacks have become more frequent and growing in size. From the pranks for personal computers to the “activities” of a certain scale, such as the theft of important data of large companies or the closure of government websites, NGO servers for a long time. Hacking is no longer a programmer’s hobby and is developing into a mature career.

With the increase in the number of hackers, more and more like-minded hackers have chosen to form alliances, and some of them have become “famous” hacking organizations, attracting worldwide attention. They show off their “good deeds” in a high-profile manner and still bear the notoriety of the attackers. Here we have sorted out the ten most evil hacking organizations.

ANONYMOUS (anonymous)

They are more widely known for their retaliatory actions against ISIS. The masked Guy Fawkes is their mark. Anonymous is a group open on the Internet, in many corners of the world. They oppose all kinds of injustices, events, and maintain the self-sustaining personality traits of Guy Fawkes. Anonymous opposed the Christian science organization, invaded the Pentagon, attacked Visa, PayPal, and MasterCard, and they captured many ISIS websites. At the same time, countries such as the Netherlands, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Spain and Turkey have arrested members who claim to be “anonymous” organizations.

LIZARD SQUAD (Lizard Group)

The victims of the Lizard team include many high-profile websites, such as the Malaysia Airlines website, where users are redirected to a page that shows “404-Airplane not found.” Another victim, Facebook, denied that he was attacked by the Lizard Group DDOS. The organization also attacked Sony and Microsoft, and members of the organization posted the ISIS flag on Sony’s servers. Some members in the United States and England were arrested for attacking the Xbox and PlayStation.

THE LEVEL SEVEN CREW (seventh floor member)

As one of the most well-known hacking organizations, The Level Seven Crew participated in several attacks in 1999, but their activities seem to have come to an abrupt end in 2000. It is understood that their organization is inspired by the seventh layer of Dante’s Divine Comedy: Hell, which is violence. The organization’s victims include the First National Bank of the United States, NASA, the US Embassy website in China, and the Sheraton Hotel.

CHAOS COMPUTER CLUB (Chaotic Computer Club)

Founded in 1980 in Berlin, CCC is one of the largest hacking organizations in Europe. It is a world-class hacker organization in world that has provided computer technology to the public since the 1980s. The work of CCC is mainly to discover security holes in government and some non-government servers. They said they had consulted a large number of legal counsel to determine what illegal hacking was and which hackings were in gray.

They stole 134,000 marks from a bank in Hamburg and returned them, saying they were only trying to verify the security holes in the site. However, they are still found guilty of selling the US company and government source code to the KGB (Russian intelligence organization).

LULZSEC

This organization, referred to as Lulz Security, was established for members who were separated from anonymous organizations in 2011. Their slogan is: Since 2011, you are no longer safe. (This is a free translation, the original meaning is “since since 2011, laugh at your security situation”). Their debut was to attack Fox.com, and then the unlucky one was Sony. In 2012, members of the organization were arrested by the FBI for the reason that their organization’s leader, Sabu, sold them.

SYRIAN ELECTRONIC ARMY (Syrian Electronic Army)

The Syrian Electronic Army, also known as SEA, is a strictly disciplined organization whose goal is to eliminate the Syrian opposition. They are considered to be supporters of Syrian President Assad, while they flaunt themselves as active Syrian youth and will not stand idly by the recent Syrian uprising.

Their actions are usually to “post” the Syrian flag on the attacked site, and the attacks they use are such as phishing, DDoS attacks, spam, and malware. They targeted attacks on Facebook and Twitter users of influential people, such as US President Barack Obama and former French President Nicolas Sarkozy.

GLOBALHELL

The hacker organization was initiated by a street gang member, Patrick Gregory. The organization attacked 115 websites and destroyed millions of dollars in data from these websites. This organization, created by street members, still acts like a gang, and they regularly leave the words “Hell not dead” on the US Army website.

NETWORK CRACK PROGRAM HACKER GROUP

The NHCP organization was discovered in China in 1994 and it is reported that the organization is funded by the Chinese PLA. Their leader Tan Dailin is also considered to serve the Chinese military.

TEAMP0ISON

This organization was established in 2010 by a 16-year-old with a pseudonym. They have hacked into NATO, Facebook, the British “Daily Mail” website, defending the British Union, and the former British President Blair’s account. Despite rumors that the organization broke down in 2012, in 2015 they returned as a white hat security research organization.

TARH ANDISHAN

This organization was established in 2010 by a 16-year-old with a pseudonym. They have hacked into NATO, Facebook, the British “Daily Mail” website, defending the British Union, and the former British President Blair’s account. Despite rumors that the organization broke down in 2012, in 2015 they returned as a white hat security research organization.

Conclusion

The hacking organizations discussed in this article have shown to some extent that hacking is sometimes a serious problem, and the survey shows that the economic losses caused by cyberattacks have exceeded $575 trillion.

We see that the so-called “hacking organizations” are also very different. For example, “anonymous people” have won public support in the actions against ISIS, while others only focus on their own interests or serve the forces behind them. Bring fear and uneasiness to people. And just as you can’t stop the wind, such an attack will continue.

The depth here is impressive. Most guides just skim the surface of link velocity, but your point about “natural variance” hits the nail on the head. It’s exactly what we preach to our clients.

Spot on about the indexing delays. It’s not just about building the link anymore; it’s about the “stickiness” of the placement. We’ve been focusing heavily on that metric lately.

I’d argue that the content relevance is even more critical now. We’ve seen perfectly good links get devalued just because the semantic match wasn’t tight enough.

  22. I bookmarked this for my team. The section on avoiding footprints is crucial. We recently audited a site that got hit exactly because they ignored that principle. Good catch.
